Energetic Doers like you are cheerful and spontaneous persons. You are charming and full of energy and a real person of action. You keep a clear head and the overview even in difficult situations. This makes you a popular problem solver. Your ability of being able to absorb and process information is phenomenal. Energetic Doers also have strong powers of observation and a keen sense when dealing with other people. You are very perceptive, witty and clever. You have a natural ability of convincing others of your point of view. You live completely in the here and now and make spontaneous decisions from one moment to the next. You love being together with other people and are a sensuous, lively and amusing conversationalist. It is no problem for you to be the effervescent centre of attention at a party and you are generous, skilful and a good host. You do not brood over consequences for long; you quickly grasp all the relevant facts, make a pragmatic decision and enforce that decision vigorously. Should a decision later turn out to have been wrong, one can always make new plans.

Energetic Doers magically attract fun and action. You need the kick - as far as possible with other people. Many representatives of your type have dangerous hobbies or go in for extreme sports. You quite consciously put yourself in dangerous situations again and again. At work too, you seek fun and variety above all. You are bored to death by routine, safety and calculability. Crises are your elixir of life and really bring your strong points to light. You react to new challenges flexibly and effectively. You gain your confidence from your imperturbable self-assuredness that you will be able to cope with them. Energetic Doers prefer practical activities which lead to visible results rather than theoretical fields of work. Endless discussions with colleagues quickly get on your nerves and you do not have the patience for interpersonal niceties. You say how something has to be done and that’s that!

The Energetic Doer is an extroverted Doer. You have fantastic powers of observation, which permit you to sense people’s motivations long before others do. That is the basis of your ability to gage your counterparts quickly and correctly, and adroitly respond to everybody. You also enjoy being with others, you would not be happy working in solitude. You are most effective as a team member. Your life’s elixir is dealing with other people, communication, discussions and as much action as you can get.

Here is one of your most important abilities: You are an excellent diplomat and negotiator, and especially when you need to convince others of an idea and - literally or figuratively - sell something on somebody. With your charisma, eloquence, charm and persuasiveness, you could be one of those personality types who would be able to manipulate others for your own purposes. And yet by nature, you are much too open and direct to negatively outfox someone. Any intrigue is foreign and unappealing to you.

You also astutely observe your environment, and immediately register even the smallest changes. You rarely miss anything important, because you approach everything with curiosity and interest. Your memory for details and facts is legendary. You absorb everything of interest to you like a sponge, and then store it for possible later use. Occasionally, you may not take the time to sufficiently search your memory prior to making a decision or starting a project. However, the reason for that is not that you are overlooking something, it is just that you are sometimes in too much a hurry to get going and lose your focus for the small print as a result.

Sebuah Nasihat yang (Tidak) Perlu Dimasukkan ke Hati

Jarang-jarang temanku berpendapat sebegini panjangnya. "Ning, selama berhubungan dengan manusia; ketulusan itu utopis banget. Apalagi zaman sekarang. Naif namanya kamu percaya dengan hal itu. Nih ya, mungkin kamu engga sadar; sebenernya orang-orang yang memberi kebaikan mereka ke kamu diam-diam mereka sedang menganggapmu seperti celengan. Suatu saat mereka pasti akan meminta kembali kebaikan itu darimu dalam bentuk yang lain. Lalu ketika kamu tidak bisa atau memilih untuk tidak ingin mengembalikan itu; mereka mulai mengungkit-ungkit aset apa yang sudah ditanamkannya  kepadamu. Kemudian dengan bias, kamu dianggap tidak sadar diri, tidak tahu balas budi, tidak tahu caranya bersyukur pada mereka. See??? Waspada saja kalau banyak orang baik yang terlalu baik disekitarmu, ingat ya; di dunia ini tuh gak ada yang mananya gratisan. Jangan percaya, bohong! Mungkin mulanya kamu sulit melihat ujungnya, tapi pasti ada yang tersembunyi dibalik itu. Terserah sih ma...

Itinerary Gunung Papandayan 2018

Pendakian saya ke Gunung Papandayan kali ini ditemani oleh 4 orang. Pertama Amir, dia adalah teman sekelas saya ketika S1 di jurusan komunikasi. Kedua ada Ajeng, teman satu kampus, satu organisasi, juga teman mengaji bareng. Ketiga Esa, Esa adalah teman sekelasnya ajeng di jurusan teknik informatika. Dan terakhir ada Ryan. Ryan adalah temannya Amir. Kami berlima janjian untuk bertemu di titik kumpul Terminal Kampung Rambutan. Saya datang pertama, kemudian Ajeng dan Esa. Sambil menunggu Amir dan Ryan, kami bertiga makan malam dahulu dengan nasi padang. Tak lama kemudian Ryan tiba. Setelah Amir datang dan semua anggota lengkap kami langsung naik bis ekonomi AC meluncur ke Garut.  Kami berangkat sekitar jam sembilan malam. Tiba di Terminal Guntur-Garut jam setengah tiga pagi. Udara dingin mulai terasa menusuk kulit. Di sini saya dan teman-teman sempat diminta oleh seorang pemuda untuk memberinya sekian uang. Sepertinya ia mabuk, terlihat dari pupil matanya dan mulutnya ya...
